- Chris M3 contributionsI have just returned from a family mountain biking trip to Saalbach-Hinterglemm. I booked Ted's Transfers after reading other reviews and I am really glad I did. We have three big bike bags to carry along with 4 big cases, all our hand luggage, 6 full face helmets and there were 7 of us with plenty of room. Communication throughout was excellent. Ted responded within a few hours to my initial request and his price was very reasonable (much cheaper than other companies).
Everything was itemised and Ted did not require any payment upfront which inspired a lot of trust. The week before we wee set to travel, Ted contacted me to confirm everything as planned and when we landed at the airport, Ted was onsite to meet us.
He is a really friendly bloke with a lot of knowledge about the area. He offered us rest stops on our journey and there was even water for everyone which was a nice touch. The sprinter we travelled in was immaculate. He clearly takes pride in his work.
Our return journey was equally good. We were picked up at the exact time agreed and we got back to the airport in plenty of time. Again, plenty of opportunity for rest stops if required and we learned a lot about the area and gained some ideas of other places to visit.
This transfer helped to make the holiday more enjoyable as I was not worried about being picked up and taken back to the airport on time. There was also plenty of room for all our luggage.
We will definitely book with Ted when we return to the area. I would highly recommend.

The drivers were very friendly and happy to accommodate a coffee / toilet break on the long journey. Vehicles were clean and comfortable. Good email communication at the time of booking and before each transfer. The vehicles are very comfortable, the drivers are very careful and willing to help with heavy bags and invariably arrive early for pick up times. She loves her country and its history with a full heart. Looking forward to booking with her again on her other trips in the near future. The trip Innsbruck-Langenfeld went fine; the driver was not waiting inside the airport building, but after we called the company we were able to find him. The day of our departure, the driver was not showing up at the pick up time. When we called the company, we were informed that the car had a breakdown on the highway. The company had no solution or alternative. We had, last-minute, to try to find an alternative way of getting to the airport. We barely made it to the flight.
