Enjoyable 4 hour cooking class experience on Sep 2, 2024 at Salt Eldhus in Reykjavík Iceland. Beautiful kitchen with a magnificent top floor view of the city.
Totally delightful and engaging husband and wife (Chef) couple. We made Fennel salad with Arctic Char, delicious baby lamb topped with Au Jus and served with red cabbage and peas. For desert, Icelandic Skyr (like yogurt), we toasted oats and made a butterscotch sauce.
It was delicious! Throughly enjoyed our afternoon. Treat yourself to a wonderful and memorable dinner experience.Written September 4, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. You should add the Monster Bus Expeditions and Rainforest Proudly Design in Costa Rico to your list. It is soooo much fun. from the cruise port it is a great ride through town to the forest and down the other side. The staff were the best. Unfourenly I can't recall the driver's name but Jeff was our tour guide. We a potty break before going up and one coming down and one at the top to get a drink and a snack. Will worth our time. Way to go guys. the tour is 4 hours long and $99.99 per person and worth every penny.Written November 22, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kerry B1 contributionI was offered some of this and when I heard it was licorice based I wanted to decline, since I normally hate licorice. Was amazed at how good this was. Tried three, all VERY good! Everyone in my party that tried loved them too.Written June 23, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We had a delicious Icelandic meal and Iris and Nonnie shared their musical talents. It was extremely special! I would highly recommend enjoying this couple’s hospitality in their beautiful home.
