We love modern architecture and design, and quirky sites and facts, and Asser customised the tour to meet our preferences.
We had a private tour with Asser on a Sunday afternoon in November (chilly) where we took in some fantastic modern architecture sights around Copenhagen both north and south of the river.

Very well maintained, well-explained on site, really a very neat bit of history kept fresh and alive.
Be sure to walk around the balcony area and view the ancient organ.

An ever expanding modern art collection housed in a sublime building that seamlessly merges into an expansive sculpture garden, all nestled along the breathtaking Danish coastline with views of the Swedish sound.
A museum everyone have been talked about how wonderful the place which has uniquely combined a site of exceptional nature and outstanding architecture and world class art collections.

It has justly been named a UNESCO heritage site- in addition to being a breathtaking and unusual brick built cathedral, it is also the site of burial of Danish royalty reaching back centuries.
Friendly welcome with guide book included in the admission price (always gets a visit off to a good start in my view), with so many Royal tombs in one place you are going to get a bit of insight into the history o...

The view is breathtaking, the church dwarfs everything around it, a model village built for the accommodation of workers and the lines of perspective converged at the foot of the centre of the church.
Best if you go by bike (it's 10 min far away of the center), after the tour, streets and views are very nice.

Beautiful wooded cliffs, cliff top walk with breathtaking views
On the sea level the view was still very clear, and the fog gave the area a bit of a magical and mythical atmosphere.

On the way back to the cruise ship, the bus took the coastal road and we had great views of the shoreline houses and the locals enjoying the beach.
I love castles and this is so beautiful and has such a lovely view over the entire city - very beautiful.

Everyone goes for the amazing spire with its steps on the outside, and really great view from the top, but go inside the church as well, as this place is truly gorgeous and inspirational.
The sometimes challenging ascent of this church tower is rewarded with fantastic views of Copenhagen which makes it well worth the effort!

We used it to cross from Copenhagen to Malmo by train - the journey is quick, reasonably priced, punctual, comfortable and has great views - fabulous link between the two countries.
The journey takes about half an hour, the trains are really comfortable and the view, particularly on the right hand side as one goes to Sweden was fantastic - all the boats floating on the vast and glittering sea...

The sculptures themselves range from exquisite to huge eyesore, in my view.
His sculptures and casts are displayed over three levels, in a building which according to the literature available on site is itself noteworthy, having been built purposefully to display the artist's work.

Excellent craft activities (platting ropes, sewing sails, tieing knots, chopping wood, painting crests) are on site too and great for children to take part in.
The archeological find of the Viking ships are displayed in a beautiful building, with clear views of the reconstructed ships sailing on the fjord beyond.

we were lucky to enjoy glorious weather and this big green space was a refreshing delight, slightly quirky with its fountain, lakes, picturesque church, grassy ramparts, views, flowers, cygnets, view of windmill,...
You can walk around the fortress and see the historic buildings, walk the path to see great sites of the city and the windmill, and walk the paths outside watching the ducks and swans.

A lovely walk from station takes you through a small Forrest past her burial site and onto the house.
