Visited three fantastic wineries around Tuscany. Each winery provided a unique and educational experience. The wine was a wonderful taste of the region. Lunch was provided at the last winery.
Niccolo was a great host who provided a wonderful overview of the region as we drove through. Pickup was on time and directly from our airbnb. Van was clean and water provided.

We learned a lot about the area. Simonetta was a very good teacher, fun to work with, and we got to do a lot of the cooking. Be sure to come hungry!

Very positive experience with Do It In Tuscany, from booking our plans with Federica and the actual day trip to Montalcino with Francesco. It's not an inexpensive tour, but it's a pretty good value for 7-8 hours of private touring including 3 tastings and a huge coursed-meal for lunch. We went to a combination of places that they recommended and that we requested (but they agreed they were good choices). On our morning drive Francesco gave us an overview of the Tuscan region, Montalcino, and the main wines we'd be tasting. He did not pressure us into buying wine, saying "you are my guests today, so do whatever you are comfortable with." We loved so many of the wines that of course we did buy a few bottles, as well as some olive oil that we tasted during lunch. We left the day feeling like we learned a ton about the region and its wine, but we also relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. Francesco did a good job of giving us some time to ourselves throughout the day. We highly recommend the tour!

I requested the hotel pick up option. In retrospect, it would have been quicker to join the tour at the bus terminal.
The size of the 'small group' turned out to be 23 people which I thought was a tad too large to be considered small.
I loved Assisi. The Roman Forum museum wasn't included in the tour but I visited it during the free time allowed and was glad I did.
    Cortona was worth visiting too.
We also stopped at Passignano sul Trasimeno but I wouldn't have minded skipping it and getting back to Florence a little bit earlier.
Constantino was a great tour guide. He was knowledgeable, helpful and kept everyone on schedule.

Great visit to two special places. Assisi in Dec was wonderful. Special note to our driver Placido. If you are able try and get him. He made the day what it was.

I am so glad we listened to our friends who had done this tour the year prior. Italy On A Budget did a fantastic job of showing us around Siena, Montepulciano and Cortona. We especially enjoyed the wine and olive oil tasting in Montepulciano. We had them ship us bottles of both to the states. Our tour operator was friendly and knowledgeable and the ride was comfortable for all. We can’t wait to return and would definitely use Italy On A Budget again!!

First let me start with the locations are fantastic.
If you love antiques Arezzo is not to be missed on the first weekend of the month. All the streets become an antique market and is a treasure trove.
The low rating is for the fear we had from the drivers speed. I have had a lot of private tour drivers but never one that scared me that bad...
He was very nice just needs to slow it down with customers in the car.

We had a 10 year anniversary party at the castle in Tuscany where we got married. We used Flytographer for our photos shoot and Emma was absolutely fantastic!!!! She was funny, creative and extremely patient with the kids.
    The photos are jaw-droppingly beautiful!
I will be using this company again for all of my future travel photos!!!!

Roberto our driver was speaking perfect English which helped us on our journey. He took us to many undiscussed surprises along our journey. We went to a working farm where they made amazing Pecorino cheeses which we sampled with wine. The farm house lunch is something we still talk about to this day. We also went to a family run winery where the daughter and father greeted us and sampled wines for us. And then Roberto stopped unannounced and showed us a movie clip from Gladiator where Russel Crowe is dying recapping his life's journey... Roberto then pointed to the gates and we were tight there where the filming took place. Could have NEVER found these places on our own. His knowledge of the area and history was amazing.
