We had taken a more cooking class in Sienna which was very good, but truly enjoyed the one on one with Bianca as well as the background of the countryside.
Our 2-hour ride took us through fields, woods, creeks, and we even got to see where the boars and pigs live for Tegoni's salumeria.

Davide pulls you in with his million dollar smile and energetic presence, but his experience, service, quality, and meticulous attention to detail make his shop 10 STARS in my mind!
His workers at the shop in the morning are also very friendly and helpful but I personally enjoyed shopping with Davide because he knows the styles very well.
Later that afternoon we visited him at his shop right off the Piazza, where he let us sample many of his truffle products (they were all fresh, high quality, unique and DELICIOUS) along with a glass of Prosecco.
I corresponded directly with the store owner, Alessandro, who helped me craft the perfect gift basket.
