This is one of Berlins famous museums and is definitely worth the visit for engineering and invention buffs to include the curious.
From the candy bomber on the roof, to the wonderful train collection, this is one of the top technological museums I have visited.

The newest addition to the museums of Berlin, the new building of the Berlinische Galerie for contemporary art is located a 1956 glass warehouse, refurbished to designs of the architect Jörg Fricke.
Walking up to the Berlinische Galerie, you're immediately struck with this modern art museums very graphic use of letters and yellow outside the building.

Although I have visited Berlin and its museums many times, this was my first visit to Martin-Gropius-Bau.
The museum is nice on its own merits, but if Immersion is still there and you like contemporary art exhibits, don’t miss it!!

Unlike most large museums the in house restaurant is really decent and a splendid break.
Intricate model ships in beautiful neon and glass cases, several real aircraft, and a full garage of historic trains make this exceptional museum fun and educational.

Unlike many Jewish museums that focus almost exclusively on persecution and the Holocaust, this museum provides a comprehensive overview of German-Jewish history over thousands of years; the good and the bad.
This is one of the most excellent museums I've ever been to - everything is so well-thought out, and the unique design really adds to the experience.

This has to be one of the best Second World War museums I have visited with clear explanations about the rise of the Nazis and the role of Germany in the Second World War.
The best and most terrifying museums about Hitler, Nazism and World War II

This is among the best museums in Berlin currently for everyone with a passion for science and technology.
Excellent museum - 17 euros for the four of us and a brilliant set of exhibits, all of which are hands on for everyone to interact with.

I highly recommend the visit of this museum, it is an example of dedication and study of the daily life of a people, the selection of objects, the organization in the presentation, considering how difficult it wou...
The museum itself will take you 45-60 minutes to walk through, the main explanations are in German and English but the individual items are only in German.

There appear to be some criticism of museums dedicated to Berlin Wall history in some reviews but I think it should the significance of the events remembered.
This is a very informative museum and gives you lots of interesting information on the rise and fall of the Berlin Wall very good for all ages to follow we hired the audio guides which made it so easy to follow
