All it’s cracked up to be and more, truly great piece of architecture, great views from the top and watching the traffic going around is an attraction in itself, a must see

Don't be disappointed after you go into the drawing rooms on the first floor or (if you're not interested in medieval art) the illuminated pages on the second floor. The pearls of this collection are below, in a marvelous collection of Monet paintings -- over a dozen of his water lilies. There is as well, an impressive collection of works by Berthe Morisot impressionist paintings. Boosted by a special exhibit of Morisot when we were there. Well worth going.

This is the best place to view the Tour Eiffel and to take some photos. Take the Metro to the Trocadero station and walk to the platform that looks over the river to the Tower. You will be amazed. And there are a couple of good and surprising museums in the buildings on either side. Plus some good food and cafes around the traffic circle.

We visited the Rothko exhibition in March and it was a really good experience. As far as the venue is concerned, I can see some people have found the staff rude or unhelpful - we didn’t see any of that. Everyone was welcoming and polite both outside and during the exhibition, helping people to download the online guide and politely moving back people who got a little close to the paintings and accidentally set off the alarms.

We arrived about 1040 for 11am entry, so we probably queued for about 30 mins in total. As others have said, there’s no cover outside, so dress for the weather. I avoided the queue for bags, as I just had a tiny bag.

The Rothko exhibit itself is wonderful. We easily spent 2 hours there, and could have spent longer. That’s definitely longer than I’d normally spend in a museum.

The tale of Genji exhibition displays Japanese illustrations of this famous saga taken from the reserves of the Guimet museum.
Many beautiful old prints are shown and they are complemented by a recent embroidered scroll given to the museum by a contemporary master of the genre.
If one is not familiar with the complex and long tale of Genji many of the themes and references are lost in translation but the artistry remains beguiling.
Unfortunately the way some of the artifacts are shown detracts from their appeal, lighting is often poor, labeling requires crouching to become decipherable and getting close to some prints projects shadows on them.

We chose Porte Maillot Metro. Bad idea. That whole area is completely torn up for the new tramway extension in advance of ‘24 Olympics. Porte Dauphine much better with just a bit of detouring. We are inveterate walkers and were tired by end of day.

Parc’s famous formal rose garden was being carefully groomed for the rose expo this weekend, June 3-4. A nice selection of roses blooming there but nowhere near the height I had expected. The chateau itself closed off in the midst of a major remodel, the rest of the grounds as beautiful as ever. Peonies & irises especially.

And can you beat the price of entry? Almost free, but not quite! Modest numbers of guests present. Tourist hordes absent, perhaps because public transit doesn’t take you to the doorstep.

We were there to tour the permanent exhibition. Very impressive collection of modern artists who lived in Paris. Exceptionally simple to navigate in the collection -- very well-designed for moving about in the space, which is well-lit and roomy. If you're interest in modern painters like Delaunay, Matisse, Picasso, Utrillo, Braque and Dufy, excellent place to visit. Appreciated the curatorial emphasis upon superb female artists. Natalia Goncharova, Suzanne Valadon, Anni Albers and Maria Blanchard are well-represented here.

A grand and expansive building up on the Chaillot hill that was created for an international expo. Now it houses a couple of interesting museums and one restaurant with perfect views of the Eiffel Tower. This is a place where you want to take photos.

Made the journey to Paris for a weekend away but primarily to watch Tigers away at the Stade Jean Bouin v Stade Francais.
Whilst Tigers with a very young side triumphed ultimately 27 - 24 I have to say the whole experience of visiting a new stadium for us [family that is] was magnificent.
Ease of access to the ground was superb, just a 5 -1 0 min walk from the Metro, clean environment around the stadium & the provision of adequate Food & Beverage within was superb.
The main highlight & something that stands out between English & French Rugby Clubs is the Bands that are always in attendance & provide wonderful entertainment before & after the matches. A real treat.
The only disappointment was that the stadium to me seemed to be less than 1/4 full, possibly less than 4/5,000 people in attendance - shocking really for this quality of Team & Stadium.
Thanks SF Paris for a wonderful evening.

Clean parc , lots of green around. Nice attractions for kids (3 till 12) and some attractions a bit more exciting. Food is ok but on a busy day lines so bring food. What is really annoying is that the TICKETS ARE ONLY VALID THAT DAY! as we bought lots of tickets €4,50 per piece this was a pain. We went to the information desk to see for a solution as we needed to go home earlier but they don t REFUND or give you a ticket with no date. I found this really client unfriendly and money oriented

Came for a PSG match and it was quite the atmosphere. The entire northern end of the stadium (i.e. stands behind that goal) are full of Ultras singing and chanting for the duration of the match and it has an electric effect on the game and the experience. The stadium itself can be difficult to get to on gameday as it's located near a junction where traffic converges, so best to come early as the lines of people trying to get in will take time. That was the hardest part, navigating to get into the stadium. Metro and buses come nearby but on gameday the buses will dropoff and pickup elsewhere along the route w/detours due to the high volume of traffic. Still, worth seeing PSG play a match here.

Stadium itself is slightly dated and could use some upgrades. Walking around inside the stadium is hit or miss as some corridors as completely packed and others not so much.

Left over from a big international expo, this is a big space with massive fountains (be careful on a windy day you could get wet) and some elaborate landscaping. The Eiffel Tower looms over it. Magnificent town planning, makes for a long stroll, and can be hot in the sun.

Made a visit here with friends and loved openness of this venue. All of the orangeries were open for us to just stroll through and explore. The plants are lovely and the old contstruction of the green houses really beautiful. However, they should really rethink the amount of birds in that small cage. That does that rhyme well with this age to treat living creatures like that. Was also missing a café of some sort to dit down and enjoy the atmosphere, but maybe we just missed that? All in all well worth the visit and would go back again.

Located in the 16th Arrondissement is the Cité De L' Architecture Et Du Patrimoine also known as Musee Des Monuments Francais ,a building dedicated to architecture and monumental art .
I love the look of this building ,it's so pleasing on the eye ,the facade is really impressive ,the museum extremely popular ,it's just a great place to visit if you're near Place De Trocadero Et Du 11Novembre and well worth checking out.

My wife and I had an awesome time at the Molitor Hotel and the Clarins Spa inside it. We did the couples massage and the masseuse were extremely professional. It was a great way to rewind and rejuvenate in the midst of all the walking we did around Paris. Will definitely be back to this wonderful hotel and the Clarins Spa.
