Thibault was an amazing guide and super nice. He explained everything in detail and was very charming. The bikes were a lot of fun! We were able to bike along the grounds and cover a lot since it's too much to walk. You get an hour in town prior to the bike tour to check everything out and it is simply lovely and filled with so much amazing food at the farmers market. The bikes come with rain jackets in case it rains as well. You get plenty of time afterwards to tour the castle with the times entry which is a great way to avoid waiting in line.

The van was small enough and yet big enough as well. Small enough that we were a small group and easy to get in and out , get the attention of our guide and cut the cost of not going solo. Big enough that the van was confortable and spacious for the ride. What I found especially nice was that we had time to expore Giverny the town, which surrounds the house and so get a sense of place, ie, Why Monet chose to live there. It was quite perefct to go just before the house closed for the winter season, as that is when the crowds are as small as possible compared to the rest of the year. It was great.

Amazing and knowledgeable guide, who made the experience even more special. If you love to learn what is behind the art, the history of the museum, and the significance of specific art pieces - you will not be disappointed with this tour. Highly recommended.

You must ask that Roman be your guide as he will make it a most memorable visit. He explains how art evolved to arrive at the works you are seeing. He points out things that the untrained visitor may not see and puts the artist and the art in perspective of the time at which the piece was created and the circumstances of the artist’s life. It was a learning experience that both I and my 17 yr old truly enjoyed. My son said it was his favorite of all the tours we did during our week in Paris.

Kotryna was a wonderful guide! She taught us about the building (built as a train station), that now houses the largest collection of Impressionist and post-Impressionist masterpieces in the world, by painters including Morisot, Monet, Manet, Degas, Renoir, Cézanne, Seurat, Sisley, Gauguin, and Van Gogh. We learned a lot about French art dating from 1848 to 1914. Kotryna was fun, excited about the artwork and about sharing her knowledge of the historical period that covers the Orsay. Thank you for a wonderful tour! Also, the museum is on the beautiful Left Bank of Paris right on the Seine river. Enjoy!

Very good way to get to Giverny and back in half a day. The guide is friendly and provides lots of information about Monet, Giverny, and the surrounding area on the ride to and from Giverny. At Giverny itself, the guide was there to help with photos and questions, but largely encourages free exploration of the grounds and the town. The amount of time in Giverny is perfect. This was the perfect pace for a place I had always wanted to see.

So great to have the guides insights, her stories, & knowledge of the Louvre to wind thru the crowds. Great experience for both adults & our teen!

FIVE STARS!! Nancy was funny and informative and covered so much in the time she was with us. She is a terrific guide-knowledgeable and entertaining-and was as interesting to the 16 year old in the group as she was to the adults. We learned about art, life in France and quite a bit of background about the many artists she covered. Ask for Nancy if you can!

This tour was a highlight of our trip. We loved getting out of Paris, shopping for our picnic, riding the bikes on these amazing grounds, and eating our picnic.

Julien was a fantastic guide. He really enhanced the experience in every way with great tips for enjoying our picnic to a fun-but-not-excessive overview of the history.
