Fabrice is truly a cheese scholar, and offered his class a tour de fromage that was one of my highlights of my trip to Paris.
The setting for the workshop is in a cave below a cheese shop -- everything is so well organized and lovely to look at.

Ms. Vedrinelle’s cooking class is an excellent way to learn about French cuisine and a unique opportunity to meet a local for friendly conversation.
We feel the best way to get to know a culture is through its food and the locals who take pride in preparing them and always try to incorporate a cooking class when we travel.

Pierre took us on a brief history tour, followed by a wonderful lesson in cheese tasting.
We bought a bunch of the cheeses after the class and made them the star of a picnic the next night by the Eiffel Tower.

The School also organises monthly walking tours round Paris, aperitifs, picnics, cooking classes and we even had a supplementary lesson on pronunciation using French songs.
The prices were much better than most places I compared and the class sizes are smaller and much more intimate (which is helpful bc I can be shy and nervous when learning a new language).
