Warning. Never, ever book any events or tickets via fnac. Always go directly to the source as refund or cancellation policies are non-existent at fnac, different from most venues. I booked for Aura Invalides in Paris and downloaded the e-tickets. Despite choosing a time for our visit while booking I discovered later that on my tickets was a line in French only that stated that I could book a time 24 hours AFTER buying the tickets. And that was via a completely different website. When trying to book a slot all the ones free when I bought the tickets were gone and the first available slots was after leaving Paris. So I have spent 45EUR on worthless tickets and discovered that this completely irresponsible reseller of tickets has an absolute no-refund what so ever policy. My question now is if Aura Invalides that I was buying the tickets for, have actually received a payment for the tickets or if fnac is really ripping off unsuspecting buyers 100%.
