- Dallastraveller60Dallas, TX14 contributionsEveryone has a good seat as there are only 2 rows in a U shape. The clothes were casual and well suited for teens and young adult men or women. The clothes were attractive and affordable. The show lasts about 45 minutes. Be sure to be in line around 20 minutes before the show as there are no reserved seats.Written 13 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Thomas VOakland, CA14,816 contributionsThis market is famous for the bio products. I like it because of the friendly vendors and the lovely selection. Sometimes it makes me weep, so pretty and bountiful. I buy fruit here, sometimes wine.Written 28 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Georgian M.London, UK110 contributionsBeautiful & historic building. Great shopping experience. Not as crowded as other shops in Paris. IF you want the best shopping experience in Paris, you can't go wrong with Le Bon Marche.Written 2 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Thomas VOakland, CA14,816 contributionsThis is a very old market street, basically from the middle ages. In its modern configuration you can find shops that sell just about any food product. Lots of inexpensive fast food as well. Nice stroll.Written 14 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Cl4ir3Hampshire, UK150 contributionsIf you're into Dali or art in general this is a good way to spend an hour or two. It's not a huge museum but it's well stocked in terms of the art itself and the information it provides on Dali. Also it's central location lends itself to being part of a day in the area. Worth a visit!Written 20 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- VanolynPortland, OR139 contributionsWe took a walk here to see the neighborhood and perhaps pick up some fruit. This is a very extensive market with luscious fruits and vegetables - a ton! Shops along the market offered meats, cheeses etc, and there was a flea market in the square. All in all a nice experience and we picked up some amazing apricots and strawberries.Written 10 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - sakasslersSan Antonio, TX83 contributionsSo nice to be able to wander during a rainy day and see all of the cool shops. Nice break to our day and the history of these halls is very very cool.Written 15 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - JnVSydneyGreater Sydney, Australia17,479 contributionsAs known by the locals, "The village square" is a lovely market, a little on the pricey side for our tastes, however the eateries here are very popular especially on weekends.Written 7 November 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - angmohsSingapore, Singapore141 contributionsIts a proper flea market - definitely worth a visit. I would say 3-400 stalls with a variety of goods as always, it was the last weekend in August so I wondered if there would be a lot of stallholders there. Some decent bargains to be had, especially in glass and paintings and junky jewellery. As others have said it starts to close up around 12. You can get a coffee or lunch at the metro station and its on the RER so easy to get around. We will come back next time we are in Paris for sure.Written 28 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - KatrinaMoliniCorciano, Italy7,512 contributionsI liked the windows of Printemps for Christmas and I enjoyed strolling it inside. However, compare to the Galeries Lafayette it’s not so chic and luxurious and impresses less.Written 11 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - jai0777New Jersey3 contributionsVery cute bookstore. There was a bit of a line to get in, but definitely worth it. There were many book options in English and some in French. There were a few sections that highlighted famous French stories or French history. It was a bit crowded, but there was so much to see in this small space. The downstairs had a good selection of books for purchase, and the upstairs included a reading section. The upstairs had a little piano, a place to write and leave messages on a wall, and a window that had a decent view of the Notre Dame Cathedral. They offer to stamp any book you buy with a Shakespeare and Co. stamp, which can make for a nice souvenir. They also sell Shakespeare and Co. merchandise like tote bags, book sacs, and tea towels.
This was about a 10-minute experience that I thought was cool to check out. It has a little coffee shop attached to the store as well if you would prefer to just buy something to drink or purchase their iconic merchandise.Written 24 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We saw a fascinating curation of work created by modern photographers, with a number of 'experimental' pieces that gave us a new perspective on what can be expressed through a camera lens. The friendly and multilingual host gave us a tour of the gallery, explaining each work in great detail and answering all of our (many) questions. Definitely worth a visit!Written 29 November 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Dimitris LSydney, Australia42,596 contributionsThis is a street market, but not really a tourist attraction. It is mainly for the locals. We happened to come across it by chance and walked around for a few minutes. You can buy fruit and vegetables, clothes and many other items if you really want to.Written 27 September 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - John GMiddle Park120 contributionsPlace Monge market is one of our regular haunts when staying in Paris, it has a good range of foods, friendly vendors and a few small craft stalls.
Nowhere as big as Marche Bastille, but a great place to shop if you’re staying on the Left Bank.Written 26 September 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
