The booking system was easy and Ticket to Ride answered any queries that I had prior to collection of the bike.
Collection was efficient and the Trek Domane AL 4 served me well on a three day tour of the Highlands. There were no mechanical issues or punctures throughout the whole tour despite facing some challenges from the stormy weather.
The staff member (I didn't get his name) was keen to know where we were going and he gave us some safety advice on part of our route.

There were a range of good quality hybrids for £30/day (mostly Carrera) and we were offered helmets (we took our own) and an inner tube replacement kit. Very knowledgeable about fish but also the flora and fauna, we saw a sea eagle 🦅 and a pair of osprey to complete the perfect trio with a 6lb brown trout.
Thoroughly recommend.

The manager Amy was great at offering advice and making sure everything was to the highest standard. The other member of staff explaining our choices in accessories, Niomi, was great too. Tobias was so patient, kind and knowledgable and allowed us to gently paddle along in awe of the breathtaking scenery. I cannot recommend the trip and Adventure Highland enough.
