Travelled on the 1530 crossing on Monday 20th November 23 from Belfast to cairnryan.
Would to give Katie and Claire two particular staff that were on our crossing and went above and beyond with customer service. When they found out we were traveling for my birthday celebrations They brought me a bottle of prosecco and upgraded us to the Hugge lounge. Absolutely brilliant. 4th time IV travelled with stenna line and everytime staff have been amazing. Thank you Katie and Claire.

Use the Belfast to Cairnryan ferry all the time it's a brilliant service hardly any delays in comparison to flying. The ship has is spacious and very comfortable, loads off facilities bars ,restaurant, children's area and cinema bars, cafe ,stena plus and a duty free shop and a brilliant pet lounge.... the only downside is the quality and price off the food in the restaurant its terrible they can't even get a breakfast bap right there are a few kids clearly under pressure trying to serve a packed ship ..

The sailing was fine (Liverpool - Belfast), and the ship being only 2 years old was still in that new condition. It was our first time on the ferry and wasn't a bad overall experience, but it did have some notable negatives.

The deboarding took on foot passengers an extra 50 minutes from after the cars had left due to there being a single decker bus to get passengers from the ferry to the terminal and there was enough people for 5-6 single decker buses, this was a shambles and no one told us what to do or where to go, and we had to be out of the Cabin 30 minutes before arriving in Belfast too so had to go find somewhere to sit.

The TASTE restaurant was very expensive for what you got and the staff were not happy to be there at all. it was £2.75 for a normal bottle of Pepsi.

Not ID Checks and very limited security checks, which caused a bit of security concerns for our 9 hour journey.

The wifi on board was super slow and doesn't work in the cabins including the paid services. You get around 250Kbps up and 150Kbps down.

Unless you NEED to go by boat, id recommend flying unless the you have bags, as we took to large suitcases with us with our hand luggage at no extra cost.
