It just looks like a door into a typical Georgian house but inside are two cinemas - amazing. A very interesting cinema with welcoming staff and comfortable seats. Well worth a visit.

Really enjoyed it, very chilled, great venue in the heart of the city. Well looked after with being able to order drinks from your seats! Lovely free nibbles too (need more of it). Highly recommend it.

this shopping centre was 5 mins from our hotel so we were pleased to discover it had a cinema at the top amongst a great selection of eateries, nice way to chill after a busy day exploring the city

I went three weeks ago and had a great screen and a recliner. I went last week and was a different screen..paid the exact same price but there was no recliner and the seats were dusty and smelly. Not impressed.

I paid for a membership and have been getting good use of that.
I'm so glad to see IMAX return to Belfast and the other options are also worth a try, I really like the Screen X experience.

What's not so good are the seats, definitely not the most comfortable, Movie House recliners are mile's better.
No nice warm cheese for the nachos, the tubs of that are like vinegar although I do like the sour cream.

Treats aren't cheap it must be said so bear that in mind.

Free parking (scan your ticket) is great and I hope that remains.

Visited the kennedy centre omniplex cinema 5 this afternoon with my mother. She was informed that Omniplex do not offer a pensioners discount rate and therefore she had to pay the full price. I am shocked by this.
Can you please clarify if this is true and if so why?

Second of all the stairs in each cinema is an accident waiting to happen. There is no bar to hold on to specifically for anyone with mobility issues. My mother had great difficulty getting up and down the steps.

Last of all the cinema was freezing cold. The seats were in poor shabby condition, uncomfortable and too low for anyone with mobility issues.

Omniplex unfortunately does not reflect a positive inviting environment for older people.

Unfortunately we had a very disappointing trip to this cinema today.
