    Wonderful Relaxing Massage
    My friend and I made appointments for the four hand massage. It was one of the best messages that I have experienced! I travel all over the world and have massages in every country that I visit prior to traveling home. The staff were prompt and applied the appropriate amount of pressure. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. Highly recommend this spa!

    Excellent massage and reflexology
    The best massage I’ve had. Sam is lovely, the whole experience is very relaxing and the massage was perfect. I also had the reflexology which was so good that I dozed off halfway through it. Have booked to go again in a few weeks. Highly recommend!

    Head Massage to remember
    All I can say is wow!!! My husband came to collect me after my head massage.
    I had my massage with Johnny, it has been up to this point the best massage I have ever had.
    I say this because he has set the bar high and I'm hoping the next one will be better . I will definitely be back and as soon as possible, so my birthday is coming up very soon so I'll tell.my daughter to read this review.

    Amazing!!
    From the time we arrived the staff were so welcoming and helpful.
    We had such a relaxing day with an amazing hot stone treatment, beautiful pool, hot sauna and an enjoyable lunch. Will definitely be back!

    Very nice massage and clean!
    Very nice massage in a clean peaceful place. I was hesitant to go here because of negative reviews, but I would definitely go back for another massage.

    Avoid like the plague
    So I have been to many other places for massage. I am not going to go into to much detail but my treatment was completely undignified. No towels to cover you up you were lying on a massage bed fully exposed. Okay door was closed over. But the noise in the main reception area could be heard I could hear two men waiting chatting during my treatment. Once I was turned over the therapist was laughing as she could see I was unconfortable. I wanted her to stop, she then massaged my head and called her manager in who spoke in their own language. Managed went out then came back in asking was I okay I stated I felt anxious. After this I just told the therapist to stop she got aggressive and walked out. I got dressed 15 minutes earlier to finishing my treatment. They had the cheek to charge me full price. Best way to describe this place is an absolute dog house. Take my advice avoid it like the plague.

    Lovely relaxing day
    We received a voucher for a couple’s treatment and day at Bannatyne Spa and Health Club Holywood as a Christmas present. We were greeted at reception and booked in quickly, given our spa bags (robe, towel & flip flops £10 deposit each) and locker fob then shown round the facilities. The receptionist was friendly and thorough, answering our questions and pointing out everything we needed. Once changed we went into the spa relaxing room to wait to be called for our treatments. The hot beds were lovely to relax on whilst we waited (see photo). We were called through at the time we booked, our therapists introduced themselves and explained the procedure before giving us some privacy to get comfortable. We both opted for a back, scalp and foot massage and were very happy with our treatments. Next we headed to the pool to make use of the facilities. We used the sauna (did get quite busy), steam room (my personal favourite), hot tub and hot & cold shower. It was simple enough to create your own hydrotherapy circuit alternating between the hot options and the cold shower. We finished off with a leisurely swim in the pool. There were hairdryers in the female changing rooms and plenty of mirrors including full length. I did think the changing rooms could be a bit cleaner however staff where cleaning whilst we were there. We didn’t use the gym facilities but would definitely consider them for next time. The gym looked well equipped with plenty of staff on hand if needed. Before leaving we grabbed a coffee from the on-site coffee shop. On the way out we returned our spa bag but was allowed to keep the bag and flip flops. Our deposit was returned no issues. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back again.

    My friend and I go here every 2 months for their mini facial and back massage. The staff are brilliant, totally relaxed and very friendly. I have been to quite a few SPA's and this one wins hands down. The facial is lovely but the back massage is amazing. It is by far the best back massage I have ever had and for that reason I will continue to go here. Give it a go you definitely will not be disappointed.

    Wonderful
    My wife bought me a massage for my birthday and I was really shocked with how good their service is. I was having issues with my legs and back for months but now I feel 18 again. Definitely would recommend. Thanks Jenny

    Excellent gym
    Very good gym with all the top of the range fitness machines. Class timetable is brilliant with loads on offer. All staff are friendly and very helpful. Good atmosphere in gym. Changing room and shower area clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

    A fantastic spinning studio with great instructors.
    I love this place. It's run by Clodagh and Aidan who are husband and wife - and two of the friendliest people I encountered during my extended stay in Belfast. Not only that, but the classes are small and tough - and there are a variety of class types. They also have changing facilities for men and women. If you're looking to have a great workout and want to go to a studio just for spinning, (there's none other in Belfast) I highly recommend SoulRide. You'll get sweaty and get be charmed by this adorable place at the same time. Note: Book in advance as classes fill up quickly.

    Incredible
    I have been seeing Aoibhinn for a few weeks and honestly I can't thank or recommend her more. I initially got the head, neck, shoulder and back massage, and as soon as she started working, I could feel areas of tension and pain that were relieved by her massage. We agreed on a manageable approach, and since then I have been seeing her regularly with great benefit both during and after the appointment. Aoibhinn is respectful, mindful of the fact that it is an intimate situation, extremely professional and ensures comfort throughout, regularly checking in about pressure and needs. She gives great advice for aftercare and I felt her explanation was informed and helpful. The Room is lovely and relaxing, the music, smells, linens and oils make for a great experience, and I felt very Covid safe. I would say whether you are feeling tension or in need of a treat, it is well worth booking in!
