Was a lovely morning visit to The Great Orme. Unfortunately the complex was being refurbished so wasn't open but the views are stunning. The sun came out so we had a lovely view of the mountains and the scenery all around. We were lucky to get to see the seals in a cove on our way upto the orme which was so lovely to see, they were all resting in the sun.

This castle was really interesting with amazing views. It took approximately 2 hours to see it all. There were lots of steps to climb in order to see everything.
The display in the museum was very informative.

Just a beautiful place, challenging and yet peaceful. Amazing experience. This was our first attempt and we will definitely come back and try the different routes.

Highlights were the waterfall, terraces and the magnolia

Conway Castle was stunning to say the least. If you are anywhere near Conway this is going to be a must see. It's very walkable and you can get into all of the towers, which provide a stunning view of the town and waterfront. Nearby is Britain's tiniest house and lovely restaurants and pubs. Highly recommend.

We visited on a beautiful day in February with the bluest of skies which made the experience much better than it otherwise might have been. As other reviewers have mentioned, much of the site is ‘private’ because it is holiday accommodation so you can’t walk everywhere. Most of the cafes etc were also shut because it’s early in the season. Those that were open were sad and slightly scruffy and desolate. All that said, it’s definitely worth a visit.

Well worth the visit , such a eye opener how the miners worked back in the day
Such dangerous conditions , the miners , staff and family’s were all hero’s everyone of them.
Embrace the Museum it’s well worth a visit - don’t take my word for it add it to your “things to do” next time you are in Llanberis.
    A TIP……
Park on the other side of the lake close to the “giant sword” parking there is by the hour we’re as close to the museum it’s either £( or £7 all day.

Amazing company. Friendly helpful staff on the phone and in reception. We did the coaster and the monkey hoppers and both were fantastic. The coaster my 9 year old went down alone and I went with the 6yo. It was raining so they had see through hoods on the cars so that was great and the trees sheltered us a lot. The z climbing was brilliant and safe and the continuous clip line meant no need to clip
On and off. My 6yo happily did the first course then the second and really enjoyed it - I stayed with him to help and the older one zoomed off ahead. Was great to watch all the other things going on too and my children are excited to go back to take part in those when they’re older. Cafe was great and reasonable price .

A great park & soft play area and definitely worth a visit.
The staff were really friendly (Ela & Cai) and helpful.
The cafe is located within the soft play area so you can enjoy a drink whilst the kids have a great time playing.
Plenty of activities/rides to entertain everyone within the outside area.
My 5 year granddaughter had a great time and I will definitely vist Greenwood Park again.

We were headed from Manchester to Conway castle and decided to stop to see the Llandudno Promenade. It was absolutely worth it. Stunning views all along the waterfront. I would love to see it again in warmer months.

You have to hand it to the engineers of the Industrial Revolution - they new how to produce engineering that was both functional and beautiful. A narrow 10 foot wide trough of water is suspended 100 feet above a narrow wooded gorge. I visited on a rare sunny weekday in November. There were not too many other visitors and I practically had the place to my self. There didn’t appear to be any boat trips going. The visitors centre is a bit incidental - it has a few bits of information but could be much better. There is a great tea shop in a converted chapel in Trevor which is the place to go for a relaxing coffee.

It is either a site where you can spend an hour or so -(especially do in the off season) or with planning, spend the entire day with a walk to Llangollen.
