There is not much here apart from National Trust cottages. It is a pleasant and isolated port with not much going on but well worth visiting by car. There is a small carpark.

Breathtaking and worth the trip. Led to a rather large spend in the “gift” shop. We admired the restoration work that had taken place but there was clearly more to do.

Fabulous insight into the life and work of Barbara Hepworth. Beautiful garden full of her work and a chance to see into her studio, which contained unfinished work.
An absolute must-visit if you are in St. Ives

Great performance of The Odyssey in a fabulous location.

    Comfy stage seating £18 each.
Good quality ice cream - the best we’d had all week - Roskillys I think 🤔 £2.50 per tub. About 5 flavours to choose from.

If you’re old or infirm book seats towards the top of the cliff - steps are steep in parts and a lot of them to climb.

Toilets are at the top of the cliff.

Free drinking water if you take along your own bottle.

A lovely morning spent at the Castle with very few people there. Great views across the bay to St Mawes. The castle's history is fascinating and I loved the wide open space around it

This is a beautiful sheltered bay with turquoise clear water and clean, white, fine sand with a gentle shelf that makes it good for safer swimming in the warmer shallows.
This beach is more like a Mediterranean beach; it's not like other brown and murky beaches commonly found around Britain. Cornwall has the bluest, cleanest waters. The beach also has quiet hidden coves to one side. They are in front of the hotel but avoid them when the tide is coming in.
At the back of the beach you can hire kayaks and there is a Michelin starred restaurant that also has a barbecue and fast food outlet. The barbecue is particularly good with their burgers, cowboy beans, ribs and bacon sandwiches, cocktails etc. There is also a shop that sells beach gear and ice cream and which rents out small beach huts where you can store all your beach essentials.

We rented bikes at the start of the trail in Padstow. It's a great way to be outdoors and go at your own pace, on a flat wide waliing a cycling trail that was formerly the Atlantic coast Express railway. Plenty of benches to stop at, and a few food carts/trucks along the way. Biking at a steady pace, with a few photo stops to marvel at the incredibly low tide, got to the Tea Garden about 2 miles before Bodmin in a little over an hour. Stopped for a break in the apple orchard, and picked up a locally made little sculpture of a cyclist (they had triathalon and tandem versions as well), perfect to remember the bike ride. The rental bikes have panniers/baskets for your gear: extra water, a jacket, and anything you pick up. The bike rental has bikes of all sizes as well as the attached kid-car; great for all ages.

Been visiting Bude for 12 years, & often looked but dare not go in, this year we decided to take the plunge & so glad we did. Cold at the start but very invigorating. The guys at the pop up shop extremely helpful with advice about hiring wetsuits etc. we will definitely be back for another dip.

Fast becoming my favourite walk in Cornwall.

Can be hard going when the sun is up as there is limited shade but the views are worth the climbs.

Cafe half way is well placed.

Interesting place to visit, entrance fee expensive. care needed on a windy day, no barriers or signs and some walkways blocked off/restricted. Take waterproofs/windproof.

This is one of the nicest cathedrals I have visited. Some amazing stained glass windows, a most magnificent alter and amazing ceiling. The choir was singing when I visited and they added to my visit. One of only 3 churches in the UK with 3 towers.

Probably one of the best National Trust places we have visited, like top 5 list good and we have visited many in different counties. So many different rooms, well equipped, grounds is huge, would need whole day to explore. Gardens had so many unseen plants, which had name plaques next to some of them.
