    Samal Taklobo is a one of a kind experience
    The giant clams are amazing. Its a wonderful experience to snorkle in a wide range of giant clams,corals and fishes. You will not notice the time you spent in a beautiful views of clams.
    We stayed in Discovery Samal resort. You can book in advance on different resorts in the Island then have them arranged island hopping for you and Taklobo/ Giant Clam sanctuary is a must in your Itinerary.
    You will be relaxed with the beautiful view of Samal Island and connect to the sea creatures in Taklobo tour.

    Hagimit falls is one of a kind. It is very unique place. I really love the water because it was so cold it is really a great experience especially if summer is coming.

    Good for Bonding and Relaxation
    Kaputian beach resort is one of the beaches in Samal Island with beautiful Sand and clean sorroundings. I really recommend this resorts to my family and friend becuase it is very relaxing and it can relieve stress.

    Nothing Fancy, Just Good Sun, Fun, Sea & A Wicked Giant Water Slide
    Located on the Island Garden City of Samal Maxia Aqua Fun offers plenty of water fun. Swim or Snorkel over corals that feature diverse sea life. The two giant slides span from the hillside to the ocean 40 meters below The wet & wild slide only takes seconds to complete but the adrenaline rush and memories will leave an impression on those that have the courage to try it, don't worry they have trained life guards that are ready to ensure visitors are safe.Other water fun options include kayaking, the water blob, snorkeling, scuba diving, a diving board, & swimming. Most of the shoreline is rocky, the coral is sharp, & the metal stairs get wet so it's highly recommended you wear water shoes.The on-site restaurant serves tasty food and sells beverages but bring all your other necessities because there is no general store. Maxima Aqua Fun is an older resort and in need of some maintenance but offers experiences you can't get other places so if you just come to enjoy yourself you won't be disappointed.

    Great place to snorkel during a boat trip
    This is a popular place to snorkel from a boat. The corals are indeed very diverse and plentiful. If you are lucky, you will see plenty of fish, too.

    Alorro beach resort tour
    This resort is genuinely beautiful, the water is so very clear ,white sand and good accomodation but the road going there is not good prone to accident .

    Our family of 14 booked an exclusive island hopping with lunch and diving last Dec. 27. We had our reservation ahead and paid in advance. We contacted thru their website. I must say, the over all experience was the best and I would highly recommend this to big grps or family ( boat has max of 25 pax). Food was great, dive master was good. Kids just enjoyed the snorkeling and kayaking. You just have to inform them at least 1 day before your sched how many will dive in order for then to have time to prepare the tanks, equipments, etc. For our grp, we had 4 ( 2 adults and 2 teens) and all were first time divers. 25?mins per dive is not enough for them and it was worth it ( you just add 800 pesos per pax)

    Meditating Place
    It was an exhausting yet fulfilling adventure by the time we get to the place itself. I felt satisfaction from the alleviation and tranquility of the landscape. While having sips of our freshly ordered coconut, our family had a great time having family talks and bonds as we almost had the whole place to ourselves. Perfect for meditation.

    Additionally, you can also clearly see that the surroundings are led by well-disciplined people specifically when it comes to garbage.

    Paranormal Activity
    If your into the Paranormal and would like to experience a real Ghost Hunt then this is the place to go. Meet the spirits that resides in the mansion. Jason, Christina, Diyosa and many others will "talk" to you. We also captured a picture of the White Lady of the mansion and a photo of a child looking out at us while we prepare our campsite. Evil looking orbs are a staple in the area. Don't forget to bring your audio and video equipment because you WILL capture evidences that spirits DO walk amongst us.

    Nice view!
    This place has a nice view from afar and on top of the mountains - overlooking beautiful islands and cities in Davao. Could've just been well-maintained in terms of cleanliness; but it's a great spot to take good shots!

    Few water
    A good idea is maybe to go there in rainy season or after a few days of rain. Otherwise the fall is really small.
    Not so easy to come there. Rent a car then there's no hassle with the drivers on the islands. They will try to ruin you. Discussion are so tiring. Or ask locals for correct pricing.
    You should never and nowhere accept to pay too much because you're tourist. You make life expensive for the locals. Start with the "famous" habalhabal drivers on Samal.
    You should wear good shoes for this fall.
