I can’t quite bring myself to rate this 5 star.
    The negatives:
Management took 2 days to reply to some questions I had. This made it impossible to cancel if I had wanted to. Not sure if this figured into the reply speed.
I booked the ultimate tour abd specifically did not want to go to Baracuda lake as I’ve dived that before.
When I got on the boat I was told I’m on the super ultimate. This might seem like an upgrade but I wanted less locations so I could spend more time in the water.

    Positives:
The guys running the tour on the day were super friendly. The snorkelling was pretty good just not long enough for me. I even got to see a turtle at the coral garden.
Lunch was way better than I expected and on a great beach.
Our boat was not too busy..

All in all it was a good day, just not quite what I booked. Better communication with your customers goes a long way.

Great trip! Excellent crew! Bring your own snorkel gear. Nice lunch. Typical Philippine style boat.

EXCELLENT tour with AWESOME guide (ARGEL) and boat crew (JAKE, MIKE, and JOHN). Argel was extremely knowledgeable on the history of Coron—super impressive! He took very good care of me especially as I am not a swimmer. He made me feel very safe in the water. He stayed with me the entire time to make sure I didn’t miss any of the amazing spots to see under water.

The boat crew was so also awesome and even prepared delicious food on the boat! They setup a nice picturesque lunch spot for me and my husband. They thought of everything and really made sure our tour was memorable. It was!! Don’t forget to tip! They work very hard yet make very little. Wages in the Philippines is ridiculously low. Costs of everything is going up but wages stay the same.

From pickup to drop off at the hotel, was exceptional. I have taken trips on many similar boats however this was is without doubt the best!!

DC thinks of everything, u think you have forgotten your sunglasses/mask/flippers and he is there holding them for you - really good guide!!

The food was really good and great locations chosen to eat at.

We had booked expecting others on the boat however it turned out we had it for ourselves - you can ask for specific locations and it is not a problem at all!

An excellent way to finish out holiday in the Philippines off!!

We had a good time swimming in the lake and ocean. Lunch was very good. The tour guides were amazing in helping navigate the snorkelers around and seeing different things. The hike to the lake has a lot of stairs (500 steps up then down), but it was worth it to see and swim in the lake. The overlook for pictures is a choke point, though it has an amazing view. It does take 20-30 minutes to move between sites, but the views underway are really good.

Recommend you do either the snorkeling or the kayaking, but you really won't have time to do both well.

The boat was okay, but it had one seating area which was broken and not safe to sit. This made it tight for everyone since we all had to sit in the remaining seating areas.

You will want to bring lots of water (you are out on tour for 8 hours and the boat doesn't carry extras), sunscreen, water shoes, and something you keep your cellphone dry. At the wharf, before you leave, many people will try to sell you things for the trip, so if you forget something, you can get stuff before getting in the boat. Don't buy the snorkeling gear at the wharf, if you don't bring your own, I recommend renting it.

We had a great time! The boat was clean and the crew was very friendly. We went to Kayangan lake, Barracuda lake, and Twin Lagoon. The water was beautiful. This is a must see tour when coming to Coron. Thank you crew for a memorable time!

I hosted my colleagues from different parts of the world so I wanted to leave a very positive mark about the country. And Royal Island did not disappoint! Our group had the most amazing time on the double decker boat with slide! Totally recommend this company, their efficient communication, and impeccable customer service.

We had a great time because of magestic views of Coron. The tourguide and Boat crew assigned by the agency of Natural Arts travel and tour did a really great job in assisting us during our travel!

We spent 7 days in coron that gave us enough time to relax and stroll around the town!

This was a great tour. Barracuda and Kayangan Lakes were beautiful, the skeleton wreck was very cool, the coral garden was sad due to the amount of coral bleaching. Twin lagoons was very cool. But all of these were quite crowded with other groups, and one time we had to cross three other ships to get to shore.
