- Leslie AToronto, Canada2 contributionsWe made some amazing tasty chocolate treats - truffles, chocolate medallions and a bar of chocolate with ingredients of our own choice.Written September 29, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - InjiToronto, Canada4 contributionsThis was a fun and special experience. Various activities with different kinds of chocolates and this kept us entertained, interested, and we learned a lot. I would definitley recommend it for others looking for a unique experience. You also go home with lots of delicious goodies.Written November 13, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - sunwing41Banbury, UK7 contributionsWith witty pirates and a stunning view of the Toronto skyline at sunset, this unforgettable journey is full of laughs.
Once you step onto the pirate ship, you're in for a real treat. The crew, a talented bunch of improv actors, are outstanding. They keep the energy high and the laughter going when you're sailing across Lake Ontario.
The pirate ship itself is impressive. They've paid attention to every detail, making you feel like you're in a real pirate adventure. The crew's outfits, the ship's design, and the whole atmosphere make the experience feel authentic and exciting. It's an adventure that lets everyone get involved and have a great time. It's a treasure (get it?) of an adventure!Written September 18, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. While we all participated in some of the prep ie chopping, prepping etc the chef by far does most of it. Great way to spend a saturday night. Lots of couples were there but no issue being there in your own. Thanks for a fun time.Written March 2, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mona ADundas, Canada27 contributionsHad a great day making different types of bread including baguettes. The instructor's
were very helpful and interesting. We got to take home some lovely loaves. Diane seemingly performed magic while teaching us how to dress a charcuterie board, filled with delicious cheese and fruits and even how to fold coldcuts into little roses!!
Then it was time for Sarah to host the woodworking: the walnut boards are incredibly solid yet light, and we had a blast sanding and using cool tools to whittle and oil our boards into something beautiful and original.
What a unique and worthwhile evening of fun, food, great value, and AMAZING HOSTS!!Written October 4, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We did the “Hands on - Cooking with Craft Beer” course. Chef Erin, her assistant and all the other team members, were professional, friendly and on point.
Super fun hands on learning experience! All while you meet new people and enjoy a delicious, gourmet meal at the end of the evening.
The facilities are top notch- gleaming kitchen equipment, a bar area, a joint cafe/merchandise counter area.
The location is easy to find - allow yourself extra time to get there on account of the traffic.Written June 29, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. My daughter has a nut allergy, and cannot have fresh bakery goods very often.....There are very few nut free bakeries, and even when you find one, they are mediocre. The Bread Essentials Breads and pastries are AWESOME!!!!! Great find. We travel from Bolton to shop there!!!Written December 14, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

From the beginning they helped me, first to get what was level and then to plan the classes. I'm a doctor and I wanted to learn Spanish related to my profession.
Everything went well and I learned a lot.
Very recomendable school.Written February 26, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - seedseeToronto, Canada27 contributionsWe registered for the Friday evening "drop in" lesson. It was priced really well for the length of the activity. We went as the start of a bachelorette weekend, and other attendees that night were among family, friends or solo.
I have a moderate fear of heights, and while they do try to move you through lessons very quickly (so that everyone can have enough time flying) the instructors were kind.
I was able to get a few runs in before my guts couldn't handle it anymore, but my friends kept going while I spectated. It was a unique experience and I would definitely recommend it to others.Written September 12, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. When I went in person, we decided to upgrade to a larger canvas for $15 dollars each. I got a mint hot chocolate and I wouldn't get it if I ever were to return. The instructor was nice and friendly but I didn't really learn anything from her. Neither of us have ever painted before, so we were lost and weren't really taught any techniques. However, we improvised and enjoyed the time we spent there. Would recommend it to anyone.Written June 8, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
