The tour was great (including all boat and tour staff), but the owner was abrasive. She asked us for the $67 US balance we were "supposed" to pay in cash. I had to prove I had paid in full, as most had only paid a deposit. Why doesn't the owner have a record of this? Then she said we had to use sunblock and not on the boat. That makes sense, but after much research, I purchased a very pricy Reef-Safe sunblock. She was very cold and didn't want to listen. Luckily, the tour was great, even though our boat's battery died. We spent an hour waiting for answers, and eventually, we got a new boat.
