It was $60p for a taxi from the pier to Isla Brewing and then $50p ride back to Playa Norte, and the taxi back dropped us off right at the Mia Reef bridge where we wanted to snorkel (and drink the rest of our beer.)
Go to the quaint restaurant next door with your newly purchased beer and they're happy to open it for you and let you drink it, hassle free (I would recommend ordering some food though).

The food was delicious there's especially in ki'ko ox hanal, where they have delicious panuchos, and delicious fresh waters, the huevos montados are delicious too, so it's a great place to have breakfast or lunch.
We found the stalls on the side by the church to have better food than the "Library" cafe which is often frequented by English speaking tourists.
