Ernesto was super fun and interesting and took us to taste lots of delicious food including mole, quesadillas (get the chicharron), flautas, crickets, tripe and more.

I think the drinks were my favorite part, as we were able to sample everything from pulque, to horchata, to mezcal, to this amazing ginger-lime drink that was so incredibly refreshing on a hot day!
