My friends and I had a fabulous day! Our leader Ricky is the best! Great party atmosphere, great food, beautiful yacht. Loved that I got a short massage. Drinks and bartenders are top notch.

This truly was the highlight of our Puerto Vallarta visit. A local guide recommended it to us, and we are very grateful. You take a boat trip to the island, where you have a buffet dinner. There are people in exotic costumes to set the atmosphere. After dinner, you climb to the performance space, which looks like a Mayan pyramid in the middle of the forest. The acrobats are amazingly talented, and the overall performance was wonderful.

What an incredible excursion! The office in Las Glorias was easy to find and check-in was smooth. You take an open bus to the Canopy River site (~30min) and get all checked in by the staff. The RZR/ATV Jorullo Bridge tour was absolutely incredible! We brought towels/dry clean clothes and left them in the lockers and would highly recommend doing so: you will be very dusty and wet! There are a few showers there to rinse off but no soap. There is a pitstop by a waterfall/river that we really enjoyed and also used to rinse off but you do get dusty again as soon as you get back on the trail. Be aware that this is accessible by a staircase that may be challenging for those who are older/less mobile!!! We would have liked a little more time at the bar to take in the views, but overall the tour was excellent. The restaurant was decent with fast service and fair prices and the pool had a spectacular view. We really enjoyed the photographers capturing pictures and ended up purchasing our digital pictures. Would highly recommend this excursion!!! Worth every penny!

NOT A YACHT but we still enjoyed it quite a bit. This was not what we expected at all, but, we liked it. We are used to snorkeling trips on yachts with lunch and drinks served, where music is played, and towels are provided. This is not that kind of snorkeling tour BUT it is still really AMAZING!!
Andreas our tour guide was FANTASTIC! He was so hospitable and greeted us immediately at the bus stop. He informed us that if we wanted any drinks or food that we could buy some at the OXXO store where the bus was picking us up soon. We purchased some drinks and snacks. The bus was on time and it was an scenic bus ride. We liked seeing the town and the locals, as we made stops and drove to our beach destination. When we arrived about 20 minutes later we walked to the beach and left our belongings and shoes behind the counter. It was all safe and guarded by an employee, and we didn't feel weird about leaving our bags. The boat was small, not a yacht with bathrooms or a deck. We got in and Andreas made sure everyone was safe and secure. He was so fun and a wonderful tour guide! He told us interesting and humorous facts about the rock formations and the wildlife. We really enjoyed him as a guide. He made sure to point out all of the sights. When we anchored and entered the water to snorkel they guides made sure again, we were safe in our life jackets and helped us into the water. Once we were all in the water the fish show began. We saw a lot of beautiful fish. It was BREATH TAKING to swim through the arc and see the cave. My family and I loved swimming in the ocean and Andreas guided us as we swam through the arc. He always made sure we were safe and I appreciated his attention to safety. After the snorkeling we got back in the boat and proceeded back to shore. We learned so much about the area and Andreas was a 5 star guide!!
There was an outdoor shower to rinse off the sea water and you could stay and enjoy the beach and bar/restaurants. We had to get back for dinner reservations so Andreas walked us back to the bus stop and made sure we got on and told us when to get off at our stop. Andreas really did a magnificent job and we all enjoyed his knowledge and humor.
Again, this experience is not what we were used to, but we really did have a wonderful time and enjoyed it. Beautiful to see this and a fun time. Thank you!!

Giovanni was a really enthusiastic, friendly and informative guide. The food is a particular highlight, but the medical and tequila also great!

Lora and Borrega were great! Tons of fun and excitement along the way! We felt very safe. It was definitely 6+ hours. Bring a change of clothes. Please take care of the new colt with bad legs.

Excellent trip overall! Well worth the intermediate hiking. After the first uphill hiking, the rest was easier and was shorter distance from one beach to the next. Our tour guide, Roco, was excellent and provided great tour guidance. Highly recommend this activity.

First off, I want to say that ocean conditions can't be controlled by any tour guides and it is silly that the operator is being blamed for it in some of the recent reviews. The swim to the Marietas Islands was fine for me since I regularly engage in some moderate exercise and have some experience with ocean swimming as well as for fun in a pool. The tide was fairly forgiving and during our trip we didn't have to worry too much about bumping our heads on top of the cave. However, my partner struggled a bit with less swim experience and despite that, our tour guide Erik and captain Emirio took amazing care of him when he got back on the boat when he wasn't feeling well. Yes, there were jellyfish on the way to the cave at the time we went, but it really didn't take away from our experience at all. On top of that, Erik kept on encouraging us and our adventures weren't ended by jellyfish stings because they had vinegar spray on board which essentially denaturalizes the toxins and all our stings went down significantly after about 10 minutes of spraying on the mixture. Erik's unwavering positive attitude really got us through it all with everyone still smiling in our group.

A great bonus for our group was that we saw so many dolphins on the way to the Marietas Islands, moms teaching their babies how to fish and play - it was a truly breathtaking moment right before we got to the hidden islands and it was the perfect way to get our adventures started.

There is so much wildlife and beautiful spectacular moments to experience on this tour so don't miss out!

Definitely an amazing experience! Our crew was helpful, professional, and engaging! Pepe, Moskito, Edgar, Jesus, Alexis, Bruno, Ramon, and the guys even made the safety briefing fun. The ziplines were super fun and safe. There is some hiking to the lines, but so worth it! When we returned, the restaurant had beautiful cold drinks and delicious food.

We had a great time on the Luxury Snorkeling Tour!

Great experience with Daniel, Maui, Alejandra, Nico and (I'm forgetting our Captain and one of the deck hand's name). The boat, lunch, drinks, and experience with the group was all awesome.

When we went snorkeling, the fish were all over - very cool! The beach club we stopped at was pretty cool as well. I also recommend getting the picture package. Alejandra was the photographer and had some fun ideas. She also took great pictures.

We had a good group of fellow tour-takers, which helps with the experience. Everyone was in a pretty fun, upbeat mood. Food was good, drinks were good, weather was perfect (end of May, 2024), staff was great! I definitely recommend.

Amazing service, start to finish. Paddle Zone kept in contact with me when I had questions about meet up time, etc. and when the day of the excursion came Corinna kindly arranged a ride for us to get down to Mismaloya from Zona Romantica. Everyone we encountered was kind and graceful even though it was so early in the morning! Luis our instructor and guide also kept encouraging us and even took GoPro photos which came out great btw! This was another unforgettable experience in PV and highly recommend. No doubt the bioluminescence was very cool, but so was just kayaking the warm waters starting at dark and watching the sunrise over the ocean and Los Arcos. The people really make the difference and the Paddle Zone staff is truly out of this world accommodating!

This was such a great experience! Our tour guides were Jose and Johan and they were the best! They made the experience really memorable. This excursion is amazing value for your money. The 9 zip lines were fun and really great for beginners. The walks up to the different lines weren't bad either.
