The Chapel of Peace is a fantastic spot to get a great view of the city of Acapulco and the gorgeous bay.. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend taking the hike all the way to the top so you can see some of the amazing mansions on the way up and take epic pictures of the 360 views!

Even though we got our tickets at the last minute, we had great seats near the center of the auditorium on the third balcony which gave us an excellent view.
Your view of the stage is outstanding and seating was very comfortable.

Baluarte Bridge Mazatlan
#6 of 96 Sights & Landmarks in Pacific Coast
We took the "libre" free road from Durango to Mazatlan and loved the "high twisties" and views from the mountains but really wanted to see this bridge so took the "cuota" toll road back toward Durango.
I Love Nature so its a beautiful view, and also the Tunnels and the Bridje is nice

Stroll the Cathedral, the court yards near by, down the street is a large shopping mercardo, its all a full day of shopping, sites, and enjoying the locals
The Cathedral is steeped in history and is a beautiful landmark in the city and even easily identified from our Cruise ship .

La Quebrada Acapulco
#9 of 96 Sights & Landmarks in Pacific Coast
PROS: Amazing show, amazing view, great photo op, cheap admission, food and drink available, souvenirs available, easy parking CONS: Steep stair climb down and back up, pushy audience, fun facts are all in Spanish...
We also visited various other viewing sights around Acapulco which were nice and we were fortunate to have an excellent driver/guide.

Old Mazatlan Mazatlan
#10 of 96 Sights & Landmarks in Pacific Coast
We walked from the Cathedral, through Plaza Machada, down to the Malecon, there we hired a Pulmonia, for a tour of the High Area of Old Mazatlan, where the view of the city is tremendous and breathtaking, you can...
Great city to "wander around"!! Watch the families, young and old and enjoy the sites, scents and feeling of safety...sit in the squares, listen to the music and watch the shoe shine hombres work their art.
