- Rik Smith10 contributionsTranquility . This is the definition of beauty and tranquility. Little Cayman is a gem. Relaxing, away from the hustle and going back in time.Written 18 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Andrew M7,174 contributionsThe Booby Pond Nature Reserve is a must visit for nature lovers. It is best to visit between November - June, as the birds raise their young during this period. The boobies were named due to their ease of capture, as they are not afraid of humans and you can easily approach them. The best viewing area is at the Gladys Howard National Trust House. The House provides information on the birds, other information on Little Cayman and also is a gift shop. You can access the viewing areas to the right of the House, and there is a stairway to the rear of the house which provides access to the upper viewing level. If you don't have binoculars, there are free viewing units, two on the lower level and one on the upper level.
We saw dozens of Boobies and Frigate birds swooping and circling above. This is a great area to take videos of the birds in flight and photos of the nature reserve. After leaving this area, walk along Guy Banks Road and view the Boobies nesting in the trees. You can get really close to the birds, as they don't seem to mind humans walking beneath them. You will get great photos of the birds and their white chicks. Believe some people might fish here and the history is tarpons washed into this fresh water lake during a major storm and have adapted to the fresh water. Need to see it to appreciate it...Written 7 January 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Loren BEast Peoria, IL1 contributionThe delivery and pick up were very smooth. The owner was very easy to work with. We had ordered the scooters several months before we went. Scooters were in very good shape and they were a lot of fun to ride.Written 20 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
