Miniatures are impressive. I bought tiny souvenirs in the gift shop for coworkers. I was more impressed by the gift shop than anything else. Spent about an hour here. The landmark minis were my favorites.

This was a nice visit for our kids. The place is pretty small, but the making paper activity is fun. Not much else to see in the museum part, and they have a small gift shop of paper products at entrance. Price to make paper and visit was NT$600 for all four of us.

The Pavilion of Aroma of Flowers often holds interesting exhibitions. The Pavilion is interesting, in an architectural sort of way. Recently it has held an exhibition relating to Taiwan's indigenous peooples.

This Museum has one of the largest collection of both historical documents, records, and diaries of the Party, the founding Party of China. Its collection cover a long period from 1911 to the present. "Most" of its collections could not be found any place else. This is a perfect place for both historian or scholars who are studying Chinese politics.

This operation is part bookstore/gift shop, part gallery space, part cafe. The people who were working the day we found this place (quite by accident) were super nice! We had coffee and tea (the best tea I probably had while I was in Taiwan). There is limited seating downstairs (one spot inside and one outside), and some seating on the second floor. The afternoon we went, there was a Canadian artist speaking, and they had tea and treats for those in attendance. They have an eclectic selection of magazines, journals and art books on the first floor and more gallery space on the third floor. We checked out a lot of cafes before this one ... it had the right combination of warm vibe and decent pricing. Go!

Innovative place for learning through arts and designs. Lovely people who help explain the information of the exhibitions.
