    A small temple in the middle of the old town
    It's a small temple in the middle of the old town which claims to be built in 1721 and is now ~300 years old.

    這是一座位於老城中心的小寺廟，據說建於1721年，現在已有300多年的歷史。來自網站說"1721年（康熙六十年），台灣發生朱一貴事件，總兵藍廷珍奉命平亂，於是，藍廷珍親赴湄洲朝天閣，恭請聖母正身，隨船保護來台，登台後，將聖母駐奉祀於台南大天后宮，亂事平定後，再迎聖母奉祀於大墩庄店（今天台中市三民路一帶），定名為「藍興宮」媽祖廟。後因廟宇遭風雨剝蝕，地方人士募資改建，更名為「萬春宮」。"

    Not that long ...
    What there was of it, I liked, particularly at night. (We were here around Christmas time, so maybe there were more lights than usual?!?) We sent on a Sunday later afternoon, and frankly there were just too many families crammed into a small green space. I can't tell if they're going to open up more of the beltway for the same purpose, but up a ways there is heavy construction. If you're in the area, check it ou!

    Green in the city
    Nothing much to do at this place, just to walk and chill. The view was quite nice , but it is just next to the roads, so air pollution and noise existed.

    Interesting waterway next to Mayahara
    It is quite an interesting and pleasant waterway next to Mayahara. Many people enjoy their ice cream from Mayahara there. Good location close to Taichung Train Station and the building has its historical background.

    宮原眼科旁邊一條非常有趣且宜人的水道。 很多人都喜歡那裡吃宮原眼科的冰淇淋。 良好的位置靠近台中火車站，該建築有其歷史背景。
