The wine was really tasty, I recommend this place for everyone who will be close to the Skadar Lake. Amazing fruit rakija and good wine, I was there alone but it doesn't matter. I spent a nice time while talking with the host and tasting products. I found out a lot of interesting things about wine and Montenegro.

    Greetings from Poland,

Virpazar is a small, but adorable town on the shore of Lake Skadar.
That's also where most boat tours of the lake start.

Part of Besac has been revamped as an upscale restaurant, quite nice ambience, serves fish from skadar lake. Still has the wine exhibit and lookout point on the second floor.

I fully recommend this beautiful winery in Virpazar when you travel to Skadar lake. Very cozy, amazing wine! This was the first time when we enjoyed Vranac in Montenegro.

We have to thank our tour guide for explaining the relevance of the memorial at the end of the bridge. The plaques are in the local language so were not immediately recognised as to what the memorial stood for. It is a simple tribute to all those from the local area who fought and fell against the Nazis.

The old fountain is a nice detail. Still, the environment can be more tidy. It's worth a visit as part of a walk in Virpazar.

Ivana was brilliant. She was very knowledgable about the wildlife, a great tour guide, and very good at giving general advice about where to visit in Montenegro. We did the 6 hour tour and couldn’t recommend it enough.

Phew what a fabulous Family Multi- Activity holiday! Kayaking, wild swimming, hiking and even wine tasting, all in the most magical settings! We were lucky enough to meet some really lovely people and eat some really gorgeous home-cooked food. The holiday was expertly run by Ben and Emma (as well and the super-knowledgable Freddy and ever enthusiastic Coco) who made it all look effortless and fun although it must be very hard work keeping everyone happy. Their local knowledge of off the beaten track locations and their established relationships with local providers made the whole experience really special. Thoroughly recommend this holiday for families of all ages who are seeking a bit of adventure!

Jelena and her daughter were so helpful in ensuring we had the right experience that suited my friend and I. We spent 1.5 hours on the beautiful Lake Skadar with a fantastic guide who shared his knowledge of the lake and wildlife. We toured the blue waters in a traditional wood.

A special cruise experience on Lake Skadar. First, the tour was done with great humor and professionalism. Secondly, the instructor and host speak great Hebrew.
All of this goes beyond the unique views the lake reveals to travelers on this maritime tour.

We had an AMAZING time with Ivona from Eagle Boat. A private tour of 3 hours with my wife and two young girls, across the lake with a visit of Kom Monastery, Ivona was answering our every request and giving amazing explanations. My little girls were even helping driving the boat and loved it.

Amazing trip! Private tour with Milan is definitely best way to see the lake. A lot of intresting information and secret lake place not accessible for most of the group tour boats.

Perfect hosts, great figs from Marinas garden. We hired these guys as an open water swim support and they were perfect. Thanks Marina and Bobo!

We met Ana and Jelena Kopitovic and they gave us a superb degustation of three of their wines along with a platter of canapés.

So much heart and soul goes into their wines. Viticulture, vinification, blending, and marketing are expertly done by the whole family.

    And we loved their wine.

Be sure to stop by or better yet call ahead and reserve your spot in their lovely tasting room. Highly recommended.
