It is very clean and beautiful place with a huge beautiful outdoor garden featuring all the Japanese Nature flora.
This park is an excellent park to visit and see the bonsai trees and the Japanese carpe fish.

Beautiful pond and lots of nature for a park in the city.
Narrow pathways and staircases to discover the different areas of the park with kids and at the top a flat area with games for young kids and enough space to play frisbee, soccer or with remote small cars.

There was a man planting some irises as we walked by and it was a good reminder to stop and appreciate nature, the pleasure of gardens and gardening.
Overall, this large park is a beautiful and peaceful place in the center of Tokyo, and i would highly recommend it for many notable aspects (see my pictures).

This park houses the nicest Shinto shrine complex in Tokyo, but the stroll through the park makes it even more worthwhile.

The park offered paddle boat ride in the pond, housed a few shrines, including 1 shrine in honour of as Battle Horse & 1 shrine for the Fox.
I recommend coming here during spring, because this park has the most beautiful sakura of any I saw during my years in Japan.

I enjoyed the fresh morning air, the quiet atmosphere, the meditative mood, and the relaxing walk at the WONDERFUL PARK... at Shinjuku Chou Park.
... boy band wanna-bes trying out their new routines - schoolgirls in sailor suits dancing in unison - fantastic views of Mt Fuji Plus a small and historic Shinto shrine tucked away in the western part of the park.

Wonderful to walk and muse, sit on a bench, view the water, plants and trees changing color, buy a snack from a vendor in the park; excellent way to decompress in the hustle of the City.
