About
Away from the hustle & bustle of the terminal, we offer a place to take some time out before your flight. There’s simply no better way to get your journey off to a flying start! Catch up on the news with our range of complimentary newspapers, enjoy WiFi or simply sit back & relax. Whilst in our lounge, you can enjoy delicious food and drink. At breakfast we offer traditional hot items to cereals, fruits and pastries. From lunchtime onwards we a selection of hot food options such as succulent chicken, spicy curry and other tasty dishes. Our bar is well stocked with drinks such as wines, beer and spirits, alongside tea, coffee, soft drinks and fresh fruit juice. We won’t lie, we are not a full-service restaurant offering an a la carte menu but we offer great food and drinks at whatever time of day you visit and it’s all included within your booking price*. *Champagne not included. Available for purchase in Lounge.

We had this lounge as part of our Tui Premier package, but what an excellent start to our holiday! The lounge was bright and clean, we arrived at breakfast time so there was an excellent selection of hot breakfast food, fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt and pastries. Tea and coffee was available and also a vast choice of alcoholic drinks including Prosecco. The staff were efficient and attentive. I would definitely recommend this lounge, we will return on our future holidays.

I received an email 5 days before flying (we booked two months earlier -

"Due to unforeseeable circumstances, we’re really sorry to inform you we've had to cancel your upcoming lounge booking due to capacity issues."

Unfortunately due to Contractual agreements with Airlines there were a few days which we were overbooked. Me and my wife Yvonne visited 1903 lounge T2 Manchester on 4th December 2021 , although our visit was great and we would recommend , the customer service after was / is shocking - we were part of loyalty programme and this visit filled our cards up and entitled us to a free visit , we filled in the relevant forms and were told we would receive an email telling us how to redeem this offer - two and a half weeks and numerous phone calls later no email received , we both feel cheated and totally ignored by escape lounges and would never use any so called loyalty programmes they introduced

We stayed here before flight as we had booked business class seats with AER Lingus.
It is ideally situated and offers everything from champagne to cooked breakfast, we had already eaten so we just chilled with a drink until our flight was ready.

Its complete souls place to eat and rest the staff must be the most depressing people working in the airport expect for one The male toilet was unbelievable I left to use the one in terminal

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate your feedback. We're sorry you didn't enjoy the lounge on this occasion. We're extremely proud of our new lounge in Terminal 2 which offers a floor to ceiling view of the runway, complimentary Wi-Fi and in house bathrooms & showers. We also have a selection of cooked and continental Breakfast items. We change over to our lunch menu at 12pm, which has a choice of 2 main courses, side option, selection of sandwiches & salads, soup and bakery items. Our team work hard to ensure all guests have a pleasant experience in the lounge. Our Toilets are attended to throughout the day. Kind Regards, Escape Team

On entry she took my name. Found it on the list, ticked off as required. Then informed me my booking had been cancelled due to “overbooking” issue. I obviously had no knowledge of this whatsoever, which in hindsight seems no big deal as there’s plenty of other options around. BUT when you plan your trip around this with time and money you’re left then with very little time to queue for the other restaurants that are around and then pay £40 for two breakfasts and two drinks. If my name was on the list and she ticked it off, why turn us away? We were in a queue and everyone before and after us got in FINE. It was insulting and unnecessary. Seriously not what you need before a 10 hour flight. Rude and very unprofessional. Won’t bother again.

Unfortunately due to our contractual agreements with Airlines, there were a few days when the lounge was overbooked which meant we did not have the capacity to accept all bookings. We have an agreement with online booking agencies who are allocated a set amount of seats, unfortunately on this occasion the online agent had gone over the allocated capacity. This meant that unfortunately some bookings had to be cancelled. We are sorry you wasn't contacted beforehand, by the online booking agent to advise about the cancellation. I went into the T2 new escape lounge, to be greeted nicely in fact 15 mins early, the menu was chicken, cajun,roast new supds, cous cous, mixed salad sandwiches, cheese and biscuits, great view over the air field, great bar staff really friendly. So try it.

I really wouldn't waste my money again. I though this would be a nice start to the holiday but it was disappointing.

Visited 3pm on Sunday. Had to queue 20min to get in which I wasn't expecting! Very understaffed, only found one clean table, food offering was a very limited buffet which had been picked at and looked like it had been there hours. The place was packed and there was a huge queue for drinks. Didn't feel in the slightest bit luxurious. It would have been more civilised and covid safe in the main airport.

Toilets were however OK!

Dear ss1252014, Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback regarding the lounge. We are extremely saddened to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience on this occasion. The weekends are a very busy time at the Airport, due to the flights departing within a 1 hour window 1300-1600 is our busiest time. We try our best to ensure there is enough staff on all areas including the bar, we're sorry that during your visit there was a queue for the bar. Our team work extremely hard to ensure that the food is fresh and is constantly replenished throughout the day. We have a designated team member who takes care of the buffet, I can assure you that the food was fresh. We have a choice of 2 main courses, 2 sides, 3 choices of sandwiches, soup, 2 choices of salads, cheese & crackers and a selection of bakery items, such as Fruit scones and muffins. Breakfast was delicious alnd drinks lovely. Visited this new lounge on the 11th September with family. Really great experience and prosecco on tap. Food was lovely and good variety. All in all excellent start to my holiday.

Last flight out of t2 21.00. Lounge closed at 17.00. Not sure what that was all about. I presume COVID gradual opening. Only time will tell.
The new lounge is cracking though.
Nice food. Nice atmosphere and nice staff. What more could you want.
Oh and the new location looking out onto the tarmac is brill. So much better than before.
Just needs the opening times sorting
