vrindavan is one of the safest looking place in india as it full of temple and devoties . food is mostly vegetarian and very affordable. the accomodation is also very affordable and if you looking at some nice shopping.......the clothing..go for it.

Vrindavan does have many temples, most famous being Prem Mandir, Bankey Bihari temple, Madhuwan, etc. Nearly 8kms from Mathura city, has less hustle than Mathura i felt..... Temples close at 12.30 in the afternoon and re-opens by 4.30 in the evening....so timings must be carefully...More

You can call this place a temple town. because there are more than 4500 temples. main temples are few like 10 or 12 including world famous Banke Bihari Temple (lord Krishna). best time to visit is kartik (October-November). So many ashrams, hotels, dharmshalas to stays....More

Vrindavan is a holy city. Many shri krishna and devi radha temples are here in which prem mandir and banke bhiari mandir are very beautiful. It's is a city of God.

A great place for visiting for devoted of Lord Krishna.A number of temples are there,but the most divine and enchanting one is Banken hari.Beside that you can also visit Nidhiban,Isc on mandir. and many more..Other attractions are Barsana,Gowardhan and Gokul which can be visited..
