If you are interested in German history, then you should enjoy this museum. Despite appearing under-resourced and a bit disorganised do not detract from the interesting displays/exhibits. Easy to combine with a trip to the nearby Tree-top walk, and adjacent beach.

It is difficult to write a balanced review of the Dokumentationszentrum Prora. The site is really impressive and deserves a visit; however, the contextualization in the documentation center is very disappointing. In the Nazi period Prora was designed as a holiday resort for the Kraft...More

Real kitch museum. But messy as it tries to incorporate too much. Worth a visit however as the story and building is really impressive.

What can you say about the scale of delusion that must have existed in the min=d of the people responsible for this. Brutalist architecture to the extreme. But then check out the renovated apartments, and not just the euro prices involved.
