Spent a few days here staying at a Get camp on the quieter eastern side of the lake. Absolutely stunning setting to relax and enjoy the alpine lake scenery with its mixture of turquoise and blues.

We had a great time in Hovsgol National Park. While we were there, we visited a Reindeer family and took pictures with Reindeer. We saw the mini-Nadaam where local villagers had a wrestling competition amongst themselves. They also had horse racing but we missed it....More

Away from the lake over the mountains on the West or on the Eastern side of the Lake are the best areas.

Just go there and see for yourself this is one of the best lakes in the world apart from lake Kufsgul :)
