The island is hardly wheelchair accessible. The are some ramps going up from the private boat peer. And with regular boatservice you will be able to visit the main street. However most establishments aswell as the palace and gardens (which will recuire you to take a flight of stairs up,than down, than up again and down again aswell as three different levels in the gardens (only stairways)) are not very accessible.
