It's a must visit specially in the month of April/May or September/Oct when the lake is not frozen. The snow by the sides of the lake n the reflection of the mountains, makes the view "mesmerising".

This is undoubtedly one of the understated beautiful lakes in Tawang. It's huge and extremely beautiful and definitely deserves a stop-over while you take the road back from "Madhuri Lake" to Tawang town.

It is a high altitude lake on the way to Bumla Pass from Tawang. Though it is not very large in size, it offers an wonderful view of the majestic mountains surrounding it. It is generally frozen up to April end, sometimes mid of May.
