For the price of entrance you have only a cup of chocolate. You have to pay more if you want a tour, which is also a joke in itself. Small, tiny and trying to get money on tourists credulity. Pls avoid this place !

You are able to purchase tickets without reservation. Keep in mind that you will need to pay for entry to the reserve area where the factory is located. You pay at the gate but you are able to deduct money for the tour from that price once you arrive at the ticket counter. I would say to allow for about 1.5+ hours. The "tour" is very short as you are in a small area. However you will be able to make your own chocolate elephant candies...and they take time to set. While they are "setting" you will be able to look around the grounds. There is also a small cafe.
