A unique place, where time seems to stop. Have fun walking around, taking some funny photos, image how life was difficult living in these old mountain houses and enjoy the area! Visit it if you like nature

While the reconstructed houses were good it was not always possible to see as much as one would like because doors were locked or there was insufficient light to see by. There were also some items in displays that were clearly not of the time...More

We were there for a week in the summer and passed the museum regularly. The only day we saw any signs of it being open was on the day we visited, a Thursday, when they hold a craft fayre. The museum had some interested exhibits...More

Visited before, five years ago, similr to one in West Sussex at SIngleton. There is now a restaurant serving very filling meals
