I believe this is the only beach in Camiguin where you can actually swim in. Aside from White Island of course. We stayed at Agohay Beach resort. Maybe it could be good for one skin because the sand is black (volcanic sand?) But there are lots of fishing boats and we don't mind at all and we make friends with them.

Maybe the locals can do something about their beach if they want to cater more tourist... The photo I shared was taken near our hotel, where white Island can be seen across. Their sea is used for fishing, the sand is dark gray and wavy even in summer they say not good for the kids. They are encouraging their guest to hire a tour instead...

The beach has a fantastic view of the White Island sandbar beach out in the ocean and easy boat access to it. Agohay Beach is also great for sunset. Other than that, the sand is ok and the beach is dotted with fishing boats. It's atmospheric, but not the token tropical beach most people picture in Philippines.

its a black volcanic sand beach its different its not amazing and is very much a working fisherman's beach. Probably not a place where you would want to sunbathe all day.

We're here during the Fiesta and so lots of happy people. We stayed at the castle and had nice time there. The beach has a few bars and restaurants where you can walk have a beer and lunch type food. The beach is white sand. Had a lot of algae at the time in the high tide area. It's a shallow beach and 75 meters out is the deeper water. It's nice place and good people
