You can go to Tamauini via Victory Liner or Van. I went via Victory Liner and paid P77 one way. Remind the driver to drop you at Tamauini Shell station and ride tricycle from there. You can also walk as it's not really far. Fare is only P12-P15. There's a mall in the area and you can easily hop on another bus or van to your next destination.

About over an hour away from Tuguegarao city.

It was a good blessing for me and my family to visit this very beautiful church near to my hometown one of the oldest church in the Philippines as well.

That Cake Belfry

Arguably the most attractive tourist destination in mainland Isabela is the Church of Saint Matthias in Tumauini. What it makes so attractive is its bell tower which looks like a 4-layer cake. This church should be more frequently visited even if it a little far off the national highway. And there are 3 reasons why: it is included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site Tentative List, it is a national cultural treasure, and it is a national historical landmark. If you are doing a pilgrimage tour in Cagayan Valley, definitely, this should be part of the itinerary. As for us, the Church of Saint Matthias is already part of our travel itinerary.
