nowadays the noyyal river has become noyyal sayam (colourful ditch) for tiruppur saya pattarai. only one time during flood, i have a seen a clear water.

Tirupur is known for Garment industries and dying units which are polluting this beautiful ( once upon a time) and its almost dry. So there is high level of pollution in water, and farmers are also affected.

good river in worst condition....poluted by chemical wastages ...not useful for drinking and other regular usages ..caredull..
