It is the best view in town of both sunset and sunrise. Parking is limited. It is a steep climb to get to the top but is walkable.

my father hailed from this province and for the many summers i spent here during my childhood, i have never appreciated what abra may offer - until my family decided to climb this afternoon the hill i have always taken for granted, even when the entrance is free. it is overlooking the whole town of bangued and the great abra river. it also has a new attraction - a light show that starts at 7 in the evening. we came to victoria park post-Christmas and there was only a small crowd at the peak, which was alright since we eased our way for a good selfie spot to catch the setting sun. there were no shops around except for a single stall that sold limited souvenir mugs. it is still a work in progress and i just hope it would not take that long before this hill becomes a sustainable tourist hub, replete with everything, including free wifi.
