I wish I could rate this pub for its food but, on both occasions we’ve wanted to eat here, their chef was absent. The first time he just failed to turn up and we spent over an hour waiting before giving up. Yesterday, he was...More

I dropped in to the Crown for lunch, it was quite quiet. The overall visit was good. The ham and eggs from the lunch menu was good. I heard from one of the other tables that there was a new chef. The garden looked nice....More

Went last night to see if they were showing the match I wanted to watch. They put it on for me no problem. Lovely hospitable people and a good pub.

Popped into the Crown for lunch and pleased to say it was everything a sunday roast should be right down to the home made gravy. Lovely village pub, friendly down to earth bar staff and well worth a visit.....nice one....

Shocking food and appalling landlords. The only good thing was the barman who did nothing but apologise all night for the terrible service and treatment me and my friends had. Our village pub ruined.

If you would like competently cooked quality food served with a smile - Don't go here, you will be left very disappointed.
