My recomandation to stay at Dandami Resort run by GOVT. for one night to fill the beauty of this falls. In rainy season u can see this falls in full swing.

Really an awesome place to be with friends, family or alone. even if you are alone, the roaring voice of this waterfall will company you. A must visit place in Chhattisgarh. Isko nahi dekha to kuch bhi nhi dekha Chhattisgarh mein.

My opinions in India many beautiful site seeings are are our assets , if you visit Chitrakoot waterfall is a good option looks like mini nayagara near resorts you can see location located near jagadalpoor

We visited this place in monsoon season and this whole area was flooded. Waterfall at the time was many times it's original size looked awesome. Only eyesore was trash and stupid people breaking most rules related to safety, cleanliness etc

Yes, I was there last December and it looked great even during December. Though not as mammoth and magnums as it s during Monsoons. For me it was a wonderful experience.

The nearest big city is Raipur, having Road/Rail/Air connectivity to Mumbai. From Raipur, Jagdalpur is nearly 290 kms by road, it is also Rail connectivity, but the rail journey is far long as compared to road journey.

Chitrakoot falls can be reached by hired taxi or state run bus. There are many falls near by Chitrakoot falls, taxi drivers can guide well.
