Apart from the cinema showing a little history of Nordkap their are for us not understood activities such as a chapel, a light show cave and a big souvenir shop with over priced articles such as clothing etc. There is a simple restaurant too, serving...More

This is difficult to review. The hall itself houses a cafe, gift shop, a loud and annoying light show, and mediocre exhibits. These are not worth the exorbitant price you pay to access this most northerly point. However, the scenery and the fact that you...More

The fact that we are standing at the most northerly point of mainland Western Europe already put us in a high. Indeed from that vantage point, we can only marvel at the cloud shrouded peaks, plateaus, sharp drop cliffs and the ocean before our eyes....More

In the unlikely event that you find yourself in the area, this is not to be missed, and you can do it cheaply. If you are on a Hurtigruten or other boat, there will be a trip from Honningsval by coach, and you will be...More

Nordkapphallen is at Nordkaap. It is a far northern point at the edge of Norway and was the site of a lot of action during WWII. The visitor center is the man-made high point of Nordkaap, though the dramatic cliffs certainly rival it. You pay...More

We did not see the famous sunset ... it was foggy and raining . Nonetheless it is still worth the trip , to experience that feeling of being at the northern most edge of Europe.

North Cape visitor center (with panoramic views, a cafe, restaurant, post office, souvenir shop, Thai museum (!), a chappel and a "super video cinema" with 3 screens).

I have waited a long time for this, as I always wanted to visit the most northern part of Europe. The center offers a variety of activities: a restaurant, an underground tunnel-museum, gift shop, and the most noticeable of all, a panorama platform, where you...More

The Norkapp itself is a beautiful, amazing place. The visitor center is a big hall with some exhibitions. The view is beautiful even from sitting inside. The café and the hall have some glass walls. The exhibitons were poor though, I was expected more information...More

My wife and I found it very exhilarating to visit Nordkapp. It was a clear day, and so it was amazing to stand at the northernmost point and look at the arctic ocean. The large hall had an interesting movie about the area, and there...More

I went with a tour, but I'm sure the local hotels and hostels can tell you which buses go there and what time they come back. I didn't do a boat ride.
