Fletcher Falls is a beautiful little waterfall that is a hidden gem. We visit this gorgeous place frequently. You have to be able to make your way down some steep trails but more importantly you have to be able to walk back ! We see...More

These falls don't seem to be advertised much in the mountainous Kokanee region between Nelson and Kaslo. What a shame! It would be terrible to miss these falls, because the jungle-like setting is quite eye-opening. There is a parking area for vehicles, and then a...More

There are 2 ways down to the base of the falls. An easy switchback path and a more challenging climb. The falls are beautiful and the beach at the bottom is another opportunity to enjoy the Zen of the Kootenays.

The reviews for Fletcher Falls enticed us to check it out and it is beautiful! You find the yellow gate and walk down an easy pathway til you get to the falls - which are spectacular. The sun shining through the mist is so pretty...More

The falls were beautiful. Was hard to find. Needs better signage. The "parking lot" is just a small area on the side of the road.

These are really incredible falls. The walk down is worth it, however make sure you have good shoes as it is rough. Also very steep climbing back up. There is a board walked viewing area at the bottom which is the best place to view....More

Even if you only have a few minutes, make the stop here, you will not regret it! We were staying in nearby Ainsworth and read guest-book comments about these falls so decided to check it out. They are stunning! It also helped that we were...More

A spectacular falls into a short salmon spawning area and a beach on the west side of Kootenay Lake. No cost to park or go to the falls or beach.

We stopped here on the way to Kaslo and it was a nice diversion. Nothing eye popping, but peaceful and interesting. The water in the lake is VERY warm, so young kids may like the chance to take a dip in the lake.

It's one of the main places we hit when we have company come visit. There's some warm swimming and picnic areas as well as the beauty of the falls to take in.
