It was very chilly in the morning, something about 7 degrees, but after we started to walk our body’s warm and the freezing stopped. The trip is good to everyone, however it is recommend to use a good shoes to trails.

Must see, great place, memorial view of waterfall, short trials along the river. Pure nature, natural gardens, peaceful. The steps to the bottom of the fall were closed for maintenance, but even so worth it.

The park.is really beautiful with nice short trails. Too bad the steps to the bottom of the fall were closed for maintenance. The price is a bit too much (18 per person), but they keep good care of the place.

I was very impressed with Caracol State Park, which is just outside the Canela city limits. For such a small park, it had very nice paved trails, marked dirt trails, a couple overlooks to an amazing waterfall, and a stairwell all the way down to...More
