Not as crowded as Malpe, Kapu is a tiny beach with hills, rocks and a nice lighthouse where you can watch the evening sunset. There are nice restaurants nearby selling local delicacies too.

Kapu Beach is located in a location with a good road approach. It offers its visitors a unique sunset experience. It is highly recommended you pay a visit to this secluded beach, away from the maddening crowd. Best times 4-7pm

It is about 8-9 kms from Udupi, We stayed very near to Kapu beach. Lighthouse is there which you can visit, The beach is bit rocky. Try to go in the afternoon if you want to go to lighthouse.
