Must visit this temple before the Udupi Sri Krishna temple. Has lot of history, character and the structure is different- Main temple is in the shape of a "namam" !! Madhvacharya apparently vanished from this spot to appear in the Himalayas to join his guru.

This is at the front of udupi mutt.its believed that one has to offer prayer here before going into the mutt of Lord udupi krishna.one can't miss the temple and is easy to find out at the square.

This is said to be temple where Madhwacharya taught his disciples. The construction is quite unique. This is not crowded and must see temple if you are in udipi
