The name itself means to get Moksha... The freedom , the Mukti. The temple has significant value for both Buddhist and Hindu. Definitely should go there at least once.

Cultural must see. Opportunity to meet many friendly Nepali and others who are also visiting Muktinath for religious reasons. Explore both Buddhist and Hindu temples/shrines/stupas.
